对于小曲率半径的异型管件,选用手工成形或模具成形都难以习气大批量出产,我们运用的数控弯管机就能满足这种异型管的恳求。数控弯管机的自动化程度高、功率高,能习气各种不一样的曲率的异型管出产。一般不需要投入许多的模具,运用方便。弯出的异型管与样板的贴合度一般不大于2mm。为了保证异型管的制作精度,一般都添加一道人工整形工序。选用专用的整形台面等,经整形后,异型管件与样板不贴合度应在1mm以内。
